Standard delivery is within 48 hours of the shoot, edited and list-ready. Need it sooner? Add Rush 12-hour delivery at booking and we'll prioritise your set.

A little prep goes a long way: declutter surfaces, turn on every light, open blinds, hide bins and cords, and clear cars from the driveway. We provide a full pre-shoot prep checklist on our Forms page so the home is camera-ready when we arrive.

Interior photography goes ahead rain or shine. For exteriors, aerial/drone, and twilight, we may reschedule those portions to the next suitable window at no extra charge — your listing always gets the best possible sky.

You receive a license to use your media for marketing the listing — MLS, social, print, and your own channels. Haus of Luxur retains copyright and the right to use images in our portfolio. The full image licensing agreement is on our Forms page.

Yes — aerial and drone coverage is included in the Signature, Premium, and Luxury packages, or available as an add-on to any shoot. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107–certified remote pilot, safely and in line with FAA regulations.

Yes — Airbnb, VRBO, and vacation-rental shoots use the same square-footage packages as our listings. We shoot amenity-forward: the spaces, details, and views that make guests book. Most hosts choose the Signature package for the aerial shots that show off the location.

Yes — virtual staging is $35 per photo. We digitally furnish empty rooms with photoreal, AI-assisted staging so buyers can picture the space lived-in. Every staged image is clearly disclosed as virtually staged, in line with MLS requirements. See all add-ons.

2D floor plans are available now as an $85 add-on — scanned on-site during your shoot and delivered in colour and black/white. 3D / Matterport tours are coming soon — check back or ask to be notified.

Packages are priced by square footage bracket — see the Services page: Essential ($199, up to 2,000 sq ft), Signature ($299, 2,000–3,500), Premium ($449, 3,500–5,500), and Luxury (from $749, 5,500+). The bracket price is the price — no hidden fees, and travel within 25 miles is included.

For private sellers, a 25% deposit reserves your slot and the balance is due on or before delivery. Licensed real estate agents can book by text and pay after delivery — no deposit. Every shoot is backed by our guarantee: love the photos or you don't pay (free reshoot first, refund if you're still not happy). We accept all major cards through our secure booking system, and rescheduling is easy with reasonable notice. Full terms live on our Forms page.
