Haus of Luxur (“Haus of Luxur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, hausofluxur.org, and to our real estate media services. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you reach out through our contact form or send an inquiry
- Booking details — the property address, services requested, and your brokerage or company name
- Payment information — processed securely by Square, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- We use Google Analytics to collect basic usage data, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and your device and browser type. This helps us understand how the site is used and make it better.
- Standard cookie and server data needed to operate and secure the website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
- Schedule, perform, and deliver your shoot
- Process payments and send invoices and receipts
- Communicate with you about bookings, delivery, and follow-ups
- Improve our services, understand how the website is used, and request reviews
- Meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations
We don’t use your information for anything unrelated to running Haus of Luxur.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate:
- Square — booking and payment processing
- Formspree — contact form delivery
- Google — Gmail, Google Voice, and Google Analytics
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the information necessary for these services to function. We do not sell your personal information — to anyone, ever.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies for essential functionality and to support Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and the core site will still work. If you’d prefer not to be included in analytics, your browser settings and Google’s own opt-out tools let you do that.
5. Property Images & Media
The photos, video, and other media we create during a shoot are used first and foremost to deliver your order. Unless you opt out in writing before your shoot, we may also feature selected images in our portfolio and marketing, as described in our Image Licensing Agreement. Want your project kept private? Just tell us before the shoot — no explanation needed.
6. Data Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain our portfolio. You can request deletion of your personal contact information at any time; we may retain records we’re legally required to keep, such as transaction history.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing communications

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we work only with reputable providers, to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version — with its effective date — will always be posted on this page.
