No surprises.
Every package includes a hand-edited final set and full marketing usage rights for the listing. The bracket price is the price — if a home runs past its bracket, a $75-per-1,000-sq-ft adjustment is confirmed before the shoot, never after. And it's all backed by our guarantee: love the photos or you don't pay — if you're not happy, we reshoot free; still not happy, the shoot fee is refunded. Licensed real estate agents can book by text and pay after delivery (private sellers reserve with a 25% deposit). Prices are before applicable Texas sales tax (8.25%), added at checkout as required by state law. Travel within 25 miles is included ($0.85/mile beyond).
